Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and untampered with.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at an authorized collection point; once our studio verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
